Other Companies: There are usually
a lot of add-on prices, shipping costs and most of the time, to get that
“great price,” you have to send in a mail-in rebate and wait
4 months for your money. The price you see is never what you actually end
up paying.
Glenwood: Our prices
are very competitive! What you see is what you get and there are no add-ons,
shipping expenses or mail-in rebates.

Other Companies: When you
call with questions you get to talk to a recording. Then when you find
the right extension, you wait on hold forever to talk to someone, somewhere
in the world, who speaks to you in technical jargon.
Glenwood: We are
your friends and neighbors. When you call us you get to talk to a live
person and you are hardly ever on-hold for more than a few seconds.
- Delivery

box.

bring it to your home or business
- Set-up

have the software loaded and we will set it up for you!
- Repair
Other Companies: Usually you have
to wait days for someone to come and repair your computer. In most cases
you have to put it back in that big box and ship it back to be repaired.

come to your home or business or one of our employees will come and pick
it up. You never have to be without your computer for more than a couple
of days.
- Warranty
Other Companies: 1-Year Labor and
1 Year Parts. Again, you may have to ship it back or wait days for a technician.
Glenwood: 2-Year
Parts and 1 Year Labor. Again, we will come to your home or business to
do repairs.

pricing is very competitive when you consider the added benefits of buying
a computer from Glenwood. Typically, we do not have per-determined packages
and pricing on computer systems. We prefer to meet with you in person or
over the phone and offer a free consultation to determine which computer
is best for you. Once we have determined this we can easily give you a quote
on a PC or Laptop that is the perfect for your needs.

with knowledgeable employees who can handle most computer repairs and upgrades.

Trip Fee for pick-up and delivery = $25.00
