  1. Why are we selling?
    Glenwood is going to focus on other rural areas that are underserved and in need of high quality broadband and telecommunication services with exceptional customer care. We have chosen to refocus who and where we serve.
  2. What is Allo’s contact number?

  3. How long will this transition take?
    6-9 months.
  4. Why will the transition take so long?
    Allo needs to complete their fiber network build, and they anticipate that will take 6-9 months.
  5. How will I know when I have been transitioned to Allo?
    Allo will contact you.
  6. Do I have a choice on going with Allo?
    No; you will remain with Allo for the length of your current contract.
  7. When my contract is up, do I have to stay with Allo?
    No; however, Glenwood recommends staying with Allo.
  8. Who will bill me?
    Glenwood, until your service has been transitioned to Allo.
  9. Who should I contact if I have a question on my bill?
    Glenwood
  10. Will my bill change?
    Your bill will remain the same for the length of your current contract.
  11. When should I expect contact from Allo?
    6-9 months
  12. Who do I call for troubles or services?
    Glenwood; until your service has been transitioned to Allo. (Transition time-frame 6-9 months)
  13. Who will fix my trouble/problem?
    Glenwood; until your service has been transitioned to Allo. (Transition time-frame 6-9 months)
  14. How will this affect my telephone service?
    1. CLEC customers will transition to Allo.
    2. HPBX customers will transition to Allo.
    3. Business Phone System customers will remain with Glenwood.
      (Regardless of system, you will see no change in your phone service as Glenwood & Allo currently utilize the same primary technologies.)
  15. How does this affect the wireless internet customers?
    Wireless customers will see no change. (No new wireless internet customers will be served within the Hastings city limits.)
  16. What services will Glenwood continue to provide in Hastings?
    1. Sell, install & maintain the following:
      Business phone systems (Not HPBX)
      Wireless internet to residential & business customers outside the city limits of Hastings.
      Computers & computer related products
      IT services (such as consulting, data storage, networking, etc.)
  17. Who will provide the new service installation (if applicable)?
    Allo will make this decision. Allo may request Glenwood, however they have the option of choosing another contractor to provide the installation.
